I had a lot of fears before putting my home up for sale. Trish went over all my concerns, explained to me what really needed to be done before listing my home. She understood my finances were tight & I only had to do minimal painting & cleaning out (which also was preparing for me to move). She gave me wonderful references to do any work that needed to be done & done quickly. My home was on the market for about 48hrs & I had an offer!! She handled all the inspections & appointments, picking up the paperwork that was needed for settlement, making sure I was receiving all communication from the title co., etc... When any problems arose (which they do when your selling/buying a home), she was there to give me advice & guidance! My home went very quickly from the offer to settlement (38 DAYS!), Trish was there every step of the way! Settlement day was perfect!! I was handling this sale long-distance and Trish took a tremendous amount of the stress of that situation off me because she explained the whole process & everything that I had to do so clearly. She also referred me to a very reliable handyman for clean-up and new locks, etc. As soon as the property was listed, I received an offer to buy it "as is", but for a price that I believed was too low. Trish gave me excellent advice about how to conduct the negotiations and the buyer wound up paying almost $13,000 more than their initial offer.Can't say enough about how helpful she was!
