Single Women Are Buying More Homes Than Single Men

According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), single women made up for 18% of home purchases in 2017, compared to that of single men (7%). Behind married couples, single women are the second largest segment of home purchasers. This included never-married women, widows, and divorcees. This isn’t a trend that is expected to fade away. Another month has passed and we're observing the Bucks County market from April.
