|Affinity Manager: Tracey Zarzycki|
The role of the Affinity Manager is critical to the support of our USAA members as well as to the many other members of different reward based affinity programs to which Coldwell Banker Hearthside provides real estate services. Tracey facilitates and manages the process from conception to closing to ensure the affinity customer is delivered an outstanding experience while working through their affinity program with a preferred Coldwell Banker Hearthside agent.
Tracey’s past managerial experience, attention to detail, knowledge of the many reward based affinity programs, and constant follow up are the ideal talents necessary to fill this role. Tracey holds a Pennsylvania real estate license and now has 7 years of relocation experience. Tracey grew up in Hunterdon, New Jersey, but is now a Pennsylvania girl. She resides in Bucks County with her husband, two daughters, two dogs and a bird!
|Relocation Support Manager: Mandy Sembrot|
The role of the support manager is critical to the Relocation Managers’ day to day operations. Mandy provides key administrative support and program management. Mandy is often the first contact for the relocation employees authorization and assists the Relocation Managers in many facets. Mandy also manages additional programs and services provided by Coldwell Banker Hearthside.
Mandy has over 10 years experience in a variety of Real Estate services including marketing, project management and title services. Mandy takes great pride in her work, enjoys interacting with relocation certified agents and providing service excellence. Mandy is originally from South Florida and relocated to Bucks County in 2012 with her husband so he could expand the seasonal business he has owned in Bucks County for over 20 years. Mandy recently had a baby girl and enjoys spending time with her family as well as spending time with her friends.
|Inventory Manager: Marge Wingate|
We understand the demands and accountability that is required with Corporate Inventory; therefore, we have a central point of contact for all Inventory Homes. The Inventory Manager is completely accountable to the Relocation Management Companies. The inventory managers are licensed and have the knowledge of the sale process as well as the uniqueness of the home sale. They understand the client’s goals of getting the properties in top condition quickly, selecting and managing the vendors for the best prices, caring for the properties and leaving no stone unturned in marketing so that the homes sell as quickly as possible for the highest price.
Marge is a licensed Associate Broker and has been contributing to the Real Estate industry for 28 years. She is also a Certified Pennsylvania Real Estate instructor. In her spare time Marge enjoys gardening, traveling, cooking, and being entertained by her menagerie of pets.
